Booking open – 2026 Gathering

Dear Two Islanders,

The first wave of bookings for the 2026 Gathering is now open!

All the information is here – please read before booking!

Booking in waves – If you don’t manage to book a ticket this time round, please don’t worry – the next wave of bookings will open on 12th January 2026.

Scholarships – We have 10 scholarship places available for those who could not attend the gathering otherwise. Please apply for a scholarship place separately (don’t book a ticket!), by 31st January 2026 – all information is here.

Apply to deliver a workshop or performance – We invite you to apply to deliver a workshop, wellbeing session or performance. You can find links to the application form here. Please apply by 31st January 2026.

For those outside of Ireland or UK – please note that this gathering is currently only open to playbackers currently based in Ireland or the UK. If you are based outside but feel strongly connected to the Two Islands playback community, please email us at twoislandsplayback@gmail.com.

    Hi Andy

    Trust you’ve enjoyed your Christmas and it’s going okay with your mother-in-law staying.

    I just found out yesterday that Danelle my ex is going to Oz on 27th April and I’ll need to take care of the dog while she’s away. So I think I’ll need to book separate accommodation for Two Islands (I’ve found a place on Airbnb) about 3 miles away. I might need to do the self catering option.

    Apologies for the inconvenience this causes but can I/we offer the single room I booked in the next wave of bookings and I take a self-catering option please. I will have some beds available where I’m staying and will now have a car too.

    Happy to have a conversation about this if that would be easier.
